The next summer, I hitchhicked my way to BC. During that trip, I gained a lot of experience by talking with people while getting drives. When I came back to Montreal, I finally embrassed my dream which was to study in arts, Visual Arts that is. I finally obtained a diploma in visual arts at CEGEP St-Laurent. After getting that diploma I studied at University of Montreal in the History of arts program. But once again another passion of mine took much of my time and thats is improv. I finally quit the History of Arts program to go work at the call centre of BELL Canada. That is where I met my wife, Diane Gagnon, in the year 2000. In 2002, I moved to Moncton and worked for another call center. I got involved in the improv leagues of the University of Moncton, LICUM (site that I designed), and in the summer league, La ligue d'Improvisation Acadienne (which no longuer exist). After 2 years in the call centre I decided that it was time for me to invest into myself and decided to follow a course in graphic design at Mckenzie College, where I graduated with honors as I received my diploma with the mention to the president's list. While attending school, my wife and I received the greatest gift of all with the birth of our son, Samuel, on April 20th 2006. ScriptneticsAfter I graduated with honors I got hired by a company called Scriptnetics located in Moncton, to be their graphics guy. I was responsible of designing and redesigning their print ads, and websites:
All these site were designed and maintained by me. Please have a look at my portfolio for more designs. |
